I facilitate a range of workshops that can be tailored to your unique requirements. I guide participants to get to know themselves better to cultivate a peaceful inner world and to encourage them to see their own contentment as being an 'inside job' - alongside a supportive community. This helps to increase health, vitality, happiness and motivation; to improve quality of life both inside and outside of work. I bring a fun, empathetic, refreshingly honest energy to exploring the polarities of being a human in today's modern world.

Get in touch with me to arrange a consultation in which we can talk about your business, areas for development and the areas of employee well-being you would like me to focus on. I will then design a bespoke well being day for your company, crafted with it's unique needs in mind. I'm also available to provide a single workshop as part of a well being day. I work in collaboration with other practitioners including yoga teachers, inner dance leaders, sound healers and breathwork facilitators, as and when needed.​

Free Your Voice

Discover the potent healing and feel good power of the vibration of your own unique voice.​

The premise: Using your own voice shakes the cells in your body on the microcosmic level. This shaking shifts energy (emotion). This shift makes people to feel lighter, freer and more vibrant.

What to expect:

The premise: These days our senses are constantly bombarded. Meditation gives our senses a rest, helps us connect to our inner wisdom and makes us feel calm and connected.

Power Animal

Connect with your personal power animal for support with all areas of your life.

The premise: Connecting with your power animal helps you to feel supported by the unseen world. Embodying this animal allows you to connect with the wild, instinctual part of your psyche for greater  access to your intution, more clarity and support with decisions. This workshop is also a lot of fun.

What to expect:

  • Shamanic journey to the drum to meet your power animal

  • Embodying your power animal through dance and movement

  • Group dance

  • Integration through sharing and art

Womb Well-Being

Learn about the energetics of the womb for increased understanding about being or knowing a woman.

The premise: There is a huge lack of reserach into women's bodies. In recent years, more and more ancient knowledge is surfacing about the energetics of the womb. Knowing about this information helps women to live in sync with their bodies for more fulfilled lives and increased energy; and it helps men to better understand women for more harmony and improved team work in the workplace. This can be tailored for a mixed or single gender groups.

What to expect:

  • Teaching about the cycles of the womb and how this impacts emotions, energy and cognitive function

  • Meditation​

  • Sharing, conversations and enquiry into the different lived experiences of being a man or a woman

  • Art work

  • Vocal release
